"Galleries, funding bodies and art collectors have been accused of discrimination against ethnic minorities. Is this a case of institutional racism - or are they just making artistic judgements? What impact do anti-racist policies have upon culture?

Spiked-debates aim to provoke critical thinking on the issues of the day. Previous spiked-debates have discussed global warming, the future of energy, copyright in a digital age, and work-life balance."
